recently received this item & just started taking it, I don't feel any effects as yet, supposed to be for general wellness.

I absolutely love these my energy levels are so much better these are so effective and easy to swallow and they are so good for you I absolutely will repurchase these supplements they are such s great value.

I have been taking this for close to 3 weeks now, the only notable difference I have noticed is that I do have a little more energy. I was really hoping it would be more beneficial to joint support. As for immune support, there are several more effective means then this. I will continue trying this until it's gone and I will update my review if I find that there are other benefits of taking this.
