Slugs love it
Hens got used to it but slugs get in. It's disgusting as they put slime all over the food and the food becomes a stone with it. I wouldn't recommend...

slug problem
it does prevent sparrows from being able to get at the food but slugs manage to get in and completely ruin the food and its very difficult to get them out and clean so overall not a very good feeder.
