I do not write many Amazon reviews, but I figured this one deserved it. The list it has a "Lifetime warranty". Well about a year ago I purchased this pump from them, and it worked beautifully. (I should add we have a large family and use our LG washer nearly daily.) After a year of heavy use, the pump went out. I contacted the seller through amazon about the warranty, Honestly I was expecting some excuse, reason or disclaimer that they do not to honor the warranty after 1 year. WOW.. was I surprised.. no problem sir, we stand by our products, new pump is on the way, no charge!! New pump is installed and working great. Highly recommend this seller.

Not the easiest install but it was just what the washer needed to get the water draining again. The OE pumps appear to have a common failure where the impeller shaft breaks. Glad they are not expensive and lots of video's on how to replace. But getting one out and back in will take a couple hours.

The pump lasted 5 months before the shaft broke and the impeller fell off. During those 5 months, it made a loud electrical buzzing sound while pumping (as one other reviewer noted). Since I'm only the second reviewer to note buzzing, I assumed I had a dud. I attempted to claim the "lifetime warranty". However, when I followed the email provided, I received this immediate response: "You are receiving this email because you have inquired about an Amazon order. Please note that this email is for a brick-and-mortar building supply company located in the state of Maryland, and NOT for the unaffiliated online appliance company you purchased from. They have fraudulently used our contact information for customer service. Please refer back to Amazon for customer service regarding your order. Thank you." I concluded: - The email is true. This is legitimately a fraud and not sold or manufactured by BlueStars. or - The email is lying and they don't want folks redeeming their warranty. But what's for certain is, THERE'S NO WAY TO CLAIM THE LIFETIME WARRANTY. Amazon support chat refunded me. But, only after asking that I send in my pump... in two pieces 🤣.

Not a completely exact fit. Original pump had a plastic shield on it with tabs that fit into grooves on pump body. The grooves in this pump are too small for tabs to fit on to. No problem tho, I just nipped the tabs off of the cover, problem solved! Seems to be working fine! Well worth the money!

It was perfect I'm happy to have my washer working again and it was simple and easy and I did it myself

Pump works but it’s extremely loud! Waaaay louder than the original.
