I really enjoy this stuff! It's really nice and tangy, and it's a good way for me to get some antioxidants on a day when my system can't handle a lot of fiber, if you know what I mean. I typically use it poured over vanilla yogurt, but I've also mixed it into a blueberry cake (turned it a beautiful color and ramped up the blueberry flavor!), and in the occasional smoothie. I think my husband tried it on pancakes, but it was really too watery and sour for him since I'm pretty sure he was expecting pancake house style syrup. It is definitely not that! (Although, I'm sure you could make a version of pancake style syrup by mixing this with clear corn syrup, or sugar + water + some kind of starch or gelatin.) I've ordered this a few times, and will continue to do so.

Lousy Bottle
Very tasty addition to a morning green tea, IF you can get the top unscrewed. And, good luck getting the top back on straight. I've tried countless times over many uses and the top always screws on skewed. Folks: spend some bucks on a better bottle.
