I was dealing with some skin issues that were also showing up on my scalp including dryness and itchiness and my dermatologist recommended CeraVe. So I gave this conditioner a try and I have to say it really does deliver on everything it promises. This is a clean non-greasy conditioner that actually moisturizes without weighing your hair down. It is free from a lot of the harsh chemicals that can aggravate a sensitive scalp which was a huge deal for me. My hair comes out soft and hydrated every single time and for someone managing skin sensitivities that is not something I take for granted. The value is great too especially considering what you are getting. Derm recommended scalp friendly and it actually works. The only thing I would love to see improved is the detangling. It could do a little more work in that department. I can comb through my hair very easily with my wide tooth comb on wet hair which is recommended. Its best to leave it on for a few minutes. I leave in for three minutes and rinse very well for at least 30 seconds to activate the hyaluronic acid and ceramides for better results. My hair is so soft and moist and healthy.
