Charms Bees Yellow, Fabric by the Yard

I bought this fabric to make a new bag for the vintage yarn caddy my great grandma gave me (the original bag was thin & fragile, but the wooden frame is in perfect condition) & it's perfect. The colors are vibrant & I love the bee pattern. The fabric is strong & easy for me (as a beginner) to work with. Also you can't beat the price per yard. It's an amazing value.

Great value for the money.The material is NOT stretchy. It's a very thin / lightweight linen. I got it to use as an external cover for making bowl-cozies and some other cute crafts stuff - it's definitely a material that needs to either be layered over something else, or layered over itself at least once to avoid transparencyYou get a ton of fabric for super cheap, it looks exactly as described. No complains in terms of fraying, cutting, or handling. Would definitely purchase again if I ever needed

Made a pillow cover with this. It's a nice weight and should hold up well. Very easy to sew.

I washed this in hot water before I used it, and it came out looking great. I didn't measure it prewash, but it seems to have lost about 3/4" from the yard, which seems normal for cotton. I got it for masks and for trim on a garment. I've made one mask with it so far, and it stitched up beautifully. Love the print.Note to anyone planning to use the entire width: it has a very wide white selvedge with black print on one side only–it's about 7/8".

Correct yardage was sent. Nice weight fabric, that's easy to work with.

Fabric is cheery . It shrinks a little when washed. Lightweight

I know, I know, the design is PERfect for bees-wax wraps, right? But... They're just a little too thick. This cloth is really really nice, durable too, I feel. But not best for making diy wax wraps. Because of the soft, slightly thicker texture of the cloth, your wax wraps might seal fine, but they will not stay moulded to your food. This cloth would be great for bedding, for clothes, curtains (thicker less see-through).
