If you just need a watch - this is it!
Probably the best watch out there. I've had many watches from $70 to $600 and I choose to wear this one. Try to beat the pros:- very light- very thin- perfect dial size - it is hard to find these days- provides date- silent (compared to a similar Swatch "Once/Twice again" which is extremely loud - no kidding)- plastic band and latch don't scratch my desk or laptop- cheap - no problem with replacing if you damage it. Though mine has been with me for quite a while and still works perfectly! (replaced the battery once)- three hands - not a ridiculous 6 hand watch with stop watch or nonsense like that- white dial with black hands. Pure, simple and very easy to read from any angleAs for cons, I can think of these:- doesn't glow in the dark. But honestly, I can't really see time on a glowing watch at night anyways. And I always have my iPhone with me.- the description says "mineral glass" but as far as I can tell it is not glass. It is plastic. Mineral glass would have been awesome but again, the watch wouldn't be as light.Of course, it is not one of those designer watches which are not only time pieces but also pieces of jewelry. But when I wear it I don't have to worry that I'm gonna scratch it (just hit my $250 watch against a brick wall a few days go - it hurts!) or that I should have spent the money on something else :)

Cheap, functional, but scratches easily.
The best thing about this watch is its size - it has a small face and band that fit my small wrist easily. It is cheap and waterproof, which are also positives. The only problem I have with this watch is that the face scratches very easily -worse than any watch I've every owned. Scratched magically appear through out the day. I don't remember ever hitting it very hard, but it shows every contact you make with it.It will work fine if you are more careful with your things than I am - I need a sturdier watch. I haven't yet found a small AND sturdy watch. If you have any suggestions, let me know!

Good basic timepiece
This watch is a great everyday timepiece for those of us who need a reliable no frills product you can wear on hike, work, or in the shower. The watch is accurate and easy to read. A good choice for doing outdoor activities -- bad if you are in with the Rolex crowd.

Simple but date function flaw
I bought this watch to use in dental hygiene school since it is plastic and I wash my hands frequently. The Pro's:Face is large enough to read easilyFace not too large and I have small wrists (approx. 6 inches). The black and white contrast also adds to readabilityPlastic is pretty durable and dries relatively fastMajor Con (for me):The date function works BUT it switches to the next day afternoon. The date is a function I use everyday, but if you don't really care then this watch is great.

Great watch for everyday use
It's just a good, inexpensive watch for everyday use. The time and date function are easy to read and the watch is sturdy enough to withstand manual labor and survive. My last one lasted about four years and by then it was easier to just get a replacement rather than put a battery in it.

I have yet to find a better watch than this
These watches are the best. They're incredibly comfortable and lightweight, meaning you can wear the watch all the time without ever really being inconvenienced by it. The waterproofing means you don't have to worry about getting it wet at all, and the front plastic is pretty scratch resistant (although not totally - concrete or metal can scratch it). They also don't look out of place in really any occasion. On the timekeeping side, these watches only get off by a few seconds per month, and they're very easy to reset. The ticking noise is inaudible unless you put your ear right up to it in a quiet room. Overall, this is a great watch and I recommend it for anyone who is feeling cheap and minimalistic

Another great idea for keeping it simple.
I've been replacing my own batteries in my many expensive watches over the years because I don't trust the incompetent staff at most establishments. This was getting to be a lot of effort due to the difficult mechanics involved with removing the watch backs and I wondered about just buying cheap watches which I could throw away when the batteries were exhausted and buy another cheapie. So far this looks like a sound idea and I intend to stick with it as the cheap watches are pretty darn excellent these days with their electronic simplicity and accuracy. So I don't have a beautiful facade to display, who cares, this is all I need.
