The Stanley cup came in a white box which was perfectly fitted to the cup's size. There were no damages or defects to either of the three cups I ordered. I ordered them all separately. This cup met my expectations. I have left my children's drinks overnight in the cup. When I woke up in the morning the ice was still not melted. That would mean the drink stayed cold for over 24 hours. I love that this cup is spill proof. In the past eventually all cups started to leak. Now one thing that is not so important to me but may be important to another buyer is if your child throws their cup, it will dent the cup. If appearance is important to you and your child is tough on items. This may not be the item for you. My son throws the cup down along with his backpack. His cup has recently received dents that will not come out. He has owned his cup for eight months. I did research and although Stanley does offer a lifetime warranty, dents are not covered, which is understandable. Another concern for me as a mother when purchasing any insulated cup was lead.
