CWP SQDS-800 Heavy Gauge Footed Square Carpet Saver Saucer, 8-Inch by 8-Inch, Clear

I am returning these (I bought 2) because they don't fit. Description says 8" but buyer beware, that is from outside to outside, not the dimensions of the inside where your planter will be placed. My planter measures 7.5" so I figured 8" would work, but the inside measures 6". And the edge is beveled upwards so you would really need your planter to be no bigger than 6". I also think the price of these is really high (a piece of plastic for over $8), however, I can't seem to find them anywhere else, so I am ordering the bigger trays from the same vendor. They are extremely sturdy and will hold my heavy ceramic planters.

This plant saucer is nice and sturdy. I have various types of round plant saucers and some are pretty flimsy. I was happily surprised by how sturdy this one is. It has eight round depressions (approximately 3/8 inch deep) to catch water, so your plant won't be soaking in extra water. I like that the sides slope up and the corners are squared off instead of pointy. I ordered the eight inch size and it is perfect for two of my square pots that measure 5 and 6 inches at the bottom. Both of these pots slope upward from the bottom dimensions, so the slope of this saucer is perfect. If your pot measures 6 1/2 inches at the bottom, you could put a layer of small pebbles in the bottom to raise the pot up enough to make it fit. However if your pot is larger that 6 1/2 inches on each side, the 8 inch saucer would be too small.

Bought this for an 8x8 pot purchased on Amazon and discovered the lat portion of the tray is only 6 inches. No way that it can fit an 8X8 pot. Annoyed that I now need to drive to UPS because the product description is less than accurate.

It's only one piece and it will not hold 8" round or 8"x8" square pots. A bit disappointed paying $5 for when I could have bought a plastic dinner dish at Target for $1.50.

While the entire saucer is one size, the part that fits your planter is much smaller so this is worthless to me.

Very sturdy plastic. I was a little concerned using a plastic tray but it holds the pot up perfectly and works great! I have it sitting under a heavy pot, which has a meyer lemon tree in it and it is perfect. You can barely notice it.
