These are good for sciatic nerve pain.

Good product as it is the one our Neurologist recommended.

I find these capsules to be a bit in the large size for me. However, I love that they take the place of the multiple pills I normally take to protect my nerves. You do need to take 2 a day as per instructions and they should be taken before a meal. I appreciate the fact that they are 3rd party tested and made in the USA.

This Product has such a long list of beneficial ingredients that I am happy to take regularly for my nerve health. It comes in easy to swallow medium sized gel capsules and has a 30 day supply taking two a day. I really like the fact that this product is third-party tested for quality so I know I can trust what I’m putting in my body. Among the number of beneficial herb extracts that are in this product, I noticed green tea extract is in there as well and it doesn’t say anything about there being any caffeine in this product but if there is, it’s very minute because I didn’t notice any sort of affects from caffeine. Which for me is a good thing because I don’t need caffeine in my vitamin supplements. This is a good all-around supplement with a number of beneficial herbs and I’m glad I can trust the quality.

Disappointed that Nerve Guard no longer includes Lion’s Mane. It absolutely handled the pain..without it I am not sure how effective it is..

I like that this supplement has multiple helpful ingredients for nerve pain. I usually take alpha lipoic acid alone, but this has vitamin B and other ingredients that help with nerve pain and a healthy nervous system. I feel better when I have this supplement in my regiment, and I recommend to anybody with nerve pain.

Fingers crossed that this continues to help a nerve issue that's causing problems with crossing fingers! So far, no ill effects, even when added with other supplements; the ingredient list is a good mix of what most people should be taking, along with other ingredients specific to nerve health. Review will be updated as needed.

I suffer from muscle spasms in my legs at night. I am hoping this product can help alleviate that issue. The ingredients are amazing, so fingers crossed. My only complaint is that it took a long time to receive this product. I have no idea why it should take well over a month to arrive, but that's what happened. (Hence minus one star.) I took two last night before bed and I can honestly say that I experienced no muscle spasms . I hope these great results will continue.
