I also got deep, inflammatory and cystic acne after a week or two or daily supplementation, also due to the high dose of B12. So beware if you are just starting out that this may be too high of a dose for you. Again, not the fault of the product, but since is the first product that pops up when you search, I figure many might benefit from my experience!
