Easy to use but did not help and felt uncomfortable

I don’t use these for snoring. I have allergies in top of a problem that developed after septoplasty. After a day or two you won’t ever even know you have them in. They work great for me!

very uncomfortable, do not work, fall out at night, waste of money

For me the biggest benefit is as I'm falling asleep I don't stop or struggle breathing. Noise-wise I think they help some, but are not a miracle cure. They are smaller than I thought they would be and are not uncomfortable. I do end up taking them off sometime in early morning in my sleep, but I don't snore in the mornings.

This was quite odd at first, but they work well. Combined with the tongue stabilizer, they keep me from snoring, which is exactly what my wife wanted.

Great price on these and they work really well. It took a few nights to work all the way like it says in the instructions, but I've been snore free for a couple weeks now so I'm pretty pleased with this purchase.
