Not good if you live in Chicago.
I had 2 grocery carts break down on me while living in Chicago. Due to the quality of sidewalks and their damage, the wheels broke on me both times. The wheels are weak and can easily make one trip. I fell 3x with a cart full of items. Overall, it is good to carry around in smooth pavement with light items. I would not encourage anyone to get it if one is planning to do weekly groceries or laundry with it.

Low Quality
Cart is constructed from low quality, soft metal that bends easily. The frame required reinforcement.

Sooo weak
The main tubes are so weak, i used the car two times and it just bendAlso the front tires are so small, it falls in every little hole on the sidewalk

Bent/broke on first trip to the store
*UPDATE- seller issued a refund on this for me after providing pictures. Thank you*I had a 12-pack of soda and a few small lightweight things in the cart and the axle that others mentioned is what broke on mine. Do not buy this... It just is not worth it. We made it home- barely... and it was only a 3-block walk. We have had other carts in the past and typically a cart lasts me 6-7 years... so we are not rough on things.

Terrible! Super weak!
First time I use the cart. I bought this item excited to do laundry, however on my way to the laundry mat, I noticed the bar that holds the back wheels in the left side caved in. Nightmare!I’m not sure if it was the NYC payment that it could not handle, because my clothes load was light. I don’t even want to imagine what would have happened if I used it to buy groceries instead.I’m so upset I can’t even send it back and get a refund because I had to rid of it in the streets of how unsafe and not useful it became.

Flawed design with weak point at Axle
The point where the wheel axle passes through a hole drilled through the main tube weakens the strength of the tube and with not much weight the tube will crack. There is no easy fix for this problem. I suggest not buying this cart. We have bought 2, one cracked right away and we got a return then a few months later the 2nd cart cracked and the manufacturer denied the return. So this cart will be lining the bottom of a dumpster somewhere. Look for carts that have reinforcements around the axle. We have purchased another brand and it is working fine.
