I bought these for my husband. He was complaining about elbow pain. He came home that 1st day and thanked me because he said he felt that they really did help with the pain. The price is great especially since you are getting two sleeves.

These are actually not bad. It provides some relief for my elbow, but after wearing it for about 30 minutes during a workout, the top part of it will roll down almost to the point of your elbow and I find myself constantly pulling it up past my elbow.

This brace is comfortable enough to wear all day, and with the right fit it also provides firm compression. I find it to be much more supportive than a brace I bought in a drugstore. I originally chose the large size based on the chart provided, but it was too loose to be effective; I contacted the seller and they sent me a medium replacement within a few days.

The fit of this elbow sleeve was great and helped to relieve pain that I sometimes get in my right elbow area due to small bone spurs (from years of pitching in little league, high school and college baseball) I've held off on surgery because it's not extremely painful...just more annoying when it flares up when trying to do general things in and around the house. In this regard, the sleeve worked wonders, however...I noticed after about 20 minutes or so that my skin around my biceps and triceps was getting irritated (small red dots). Not sure if this is due to the compression, or if it's an allergic reaction to the material used in the sleeve. I've used all sorts of synthetic braces and sleeves on other joints (knees, ankles, wrists, etc) and have never had a skin reaction like this. In fact, just to be sure, I put my wrist brace on to see if perhaps I've developed an allergy over time. Nothing happened, so I'm leaning towards this particular sleeve being the culprit. After taking the sleeve off and waiting about 10-15 minutes, the redness and irritation went away. I admit, that I tried these on while we were going through a heat wave here, but I was inside in A/C, so excessive sweating, etc couldn't be the issue. Might try using it again, return them or just toss them if the return ends up being too much of a hassle. That saying, "you get what you pay for" may apply here :\

テニスなどしてはいないが、急に肘が痛くなった。左手指も突然のバネ指になったりしたので、その影響も考えられると整骨院から、言われた。仕事や家事で、痛みがあることがあるので、湿布などしていたが、皮膚がかぶれてしまい、他に軽減されるもの検索したところ、このサポーターを見つけました。 装着すると、肘のあたりがきゅっとなるので、痛みが完全にないわけではないが、かなり軽減されています。

M'étant faite opérer d'une épicondylite au coude droit en début d'année et ayant maintenant le même problème au coude gauche, je voulais attendre un peu avant une nouvelle intervention chirurgicale. Mais la douleur est là! Mais cette coudière est vraiment super et soulage vraiment bien la douleur. Du coup je vais pouvoir retarder la nouvelle opération. Après mesures j'ai commandé la bonne taille qui m'est parfaitement adaptée. Le fait que ce soit vendu par paire permet un roulement entre les deux pour le lavage. Très bon achat. Je recommande vivement.
