If You Sit All Day, This Chair Is 100% Worth It
I’ll be honest—I was a little hesitant to order this chair because there weren’t many reviews, but I am so glad I took the chance. This chair has honestly exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m 27 and deal with chronic back pain, and after years of poor posture, I had actually lost the natural curve in my lumbar spine. I work a remote desk job and because of that, finding a chair with real lumbar support was extremely important to me. This chair delivers exactly that. The lumbar support is absolutely amazing and provides incredible comfort throughout the day. My back feels supported in all the right places, and the difference it makes during long work hours is huge. One of the best things about this chair is how adjustable it is. The backrest, lumbar support, and even the seat itself can all be adjusted, which makes it easy to customize for different body types, heights, and sitting preferences. It truly feels like a premium ergonomic chair designed to fit almost anyone. I love how universal it feels while still giving such personalized support. The build quality is also excellent. The chair feels very sturdy and well-made. The armrests do move side to side a bit, but I think that’s because they are designed to be adjustable, not because the chair feels flimsy. I also want to mention something that almost kept me from buying it: some reviews said the lumbar support doesn’t lock. That’s actually not true—it does lock, just not in the traditional way. As you move it up, down, or front to back, you’ll hear clicking sounds. Those clicks are the locking points, so once it reaches the perfect position, you simply stop there. If you move it too far, it resets back to the bottom, which is actually helpful when you want to lower it again. Once I figured that out, it worked perfectly. The only small downside is that it took me watching a few videos to fully understand how every adjustment worked, just because there are so many great features. But honestly, that’s more of a learning curve than a flaw. For the price, this chair is an incredible value. Chairs with this level of ergonomic support and adjustability can easily cost well over $1,000, so this feels like an absolute steal. If you work from home, deal with back pain, or just want a truly supportive office chair, I highly recommend this one.

Does what it's supposed to
Bought this as soon as I realized my university was going online for another semester or more. Way more comfortable than the office chair I had originally, and cheaper than ergonomic office chairs. Good office chairs used to cost about $170, but have been hiked up to $275-300 at the time of writing. Decided to opt for a gaming chair, despite the very mixed if not negative reviews on their actual back support and gimmicky-ness. Pros: +Seat padding is thick and comfortable (though it may be a little to dense/not cushioned enough for those with less ... meat on their rear ends). +Lumbar support pillows actually make a difference, but the neck pillow was too low for my taste, tends to slip down a lot. Not that big of a deal +Firm and the wheels haven't snapped (yet) like other chairs I've seen or used. +Holds up well after a few months of use (was worried about wear and tear or fragileness but I think those were a small amount of cases for these chairs) +Adjustable (rocking tension, height and tilt) Cons: - If you use the rocking feature, you need to sit all the way back in the chair to be able to adjust height based on where the hydraulic piston is. - The seat protrudes forward a lot (18-19" forwards, 15" sideways) and isn't comfortable for those with shorter legs (specifically thighs, as your back won't actually reach the backrest). - The bucket style of seating which I'm used to in track cars may not fit those with wider rear-ends or are on the bigger end as pointed out by others. - The seat pad has no breathability. It's covered in vinyl, so if I sit in the seat for more than 4hrs without moving, my butt will be quite sweaty, but for health reasons you shouldn't be sitting non stop for 4 hours anyways. Despite those cons and some minor complaints, for the price the chair is definitely worth its price and should continue to serve you well. Update 04/20/21: + Still in perfect condition. No visible wear and tear. No smell or anything. If anything, the chair is a bit more comfortable as the vinyl or faux leather covering seems to have softened with use so it feels less fake. + Found out the chair is great to take a nap in when stretched all the way back/down. - The seat protrusion has gotten more annoying. The chair doesn't facilitate the ease of sitting all the way into the seat, so I'm less inclined to actually press into the backrest. For that reason, I don't get to use the lumbar support as much and I end up sitting on the edge of the seat. With that in mind, the chair isn't terribly well balanced, so with most of my weight shifted forwards the chair wobbles/leans forwards with me which could cause tipping over. Hasn't happened to me yet but I'm sure it will eventually. - Sitting in the seat for more than a couple hours gives major swamp sweat

Great Chair - Wish it was a Bit Taller
So finally got the chair in. Shipping took 3 text chats and 1 phone call with different excuses why it wasn't shipped on time. TOTALLY NOT THE MANUFACTURES FAULT! All amazon's problem. So I've seen couple people complaining about it. Just call amazon do not bother with the text chat thing. Total waste of time. Pros: - Packaged very nice everything was wrapped individually. - Very Easy to assemble. Took about 15 mins to totally put together. - Nice padding. Seat is comfortable and a perfect fit for me. I'm 5'10". - Back and Head support is really great. First time having that and i find my self wanting to sit more straight. - Chair reclines way back like a lay-flat airline seat. Although i would not recommend doing that without something supporting the chair or you'll fall back. Cons: - Wish the Gas lift Cylinder went up about 2 more inches higher. My desk is at 30" high and the seat only goes up to 18" from floor to top of seat cushion. (Prob just going to by a higher replacement gas lift cylinder) - The manual words are a bit small and light colored on the printing. Had to squint and couple of times so my eyes could focus on the words. Other then that would recommend using gloves or wiping your hands after every section you screw in as the tool and screws are a bit lubricated and you do not want to ruin your chair so soon. Only gave 4 stars because of the height thing. Really do wish it was a little taller.

Great for gaming
First off, I finally complete my battle station. Been using a really old office chair for over a year. At the same time I was looking online for a gaming chair for a while, was considering buying a used one but wife encouraged me to just get it brand new. Came across hbada and it looks fantastic with great reviews so I went for it. Didn’t want a typical black and red so I picked a minimalist color black and grey and did not disappoint. The Installation was very straight forward. I like the fact that they only use 2 type of screws and the tool is included even came with a glove. It took me about 15 min to put it together vs one that my brother purchased at Office Depot that took us much longer. The final product was fantastic. Exactly what I pictured it. As far as comfy level, I like it a lot more than my office chair and definitely help my lower back as I do suffer pain there. Overall it was a good buy.

Get what you pay for, I guess (UPDATED)
I bought this chair about a year ago now, so I will give my experiences over the past year. I don't have a great memory, but this chair was so difficult to assemble I still remember the struggle. The instructions are not always super clear. The armrests do not come in towards the seat enough for it to be super comfortable; I have the armrests adjusted as close to me as they can be and I can still barely reach them (I am a 5'3 female with slightly broad shoulders). The worst part of this seat is the constant fear and anxiety I face whilst sitting in it, as it will randomly drop it's adjustment all the way to the lowest setting. When I say it drops, I mean it DROPS, it doesn't slowly slide down. This is especially bad when in the process of sitting down. A couple of times during video calls my chair has just dropped me down out of frame. It's made worse by the fact that I have to have it adjusted to the tallest setting just to be comfortable in it at my desk. I personally wouldn't recommend buying it unless you are someone with short legs and extremely broad shoulders. The chair itself isn't uncomfortable, as I sit in it for both playing games and working. UPDATE: I was sent a new chair by the company for free, which was nice. Though the chair is the same design, there are small changes between the original and the new one. The seat is smaller, meaning my thighs now go right to the edge of the seat (I'm 5'3, ~235 pounds). In turn, the armrests are closer to me, but still not quite as close as I'd like them to be. Based on the design of the piece that holds the armrests to the chair, it'd be possible to bring them in closer. The seat is also taller, meaning I can actually reach my desk now. I also have to talk about the process of putting this chair together, as it is a MAJOR pain in the ass. Putting the actual seat together is not too difficult, but you have to line up a golfball-sized hole on the bottom of this 50 pound seat with the rod of the mechanism that raises/lowers the chair. I ended up having to balance this chair on my knees and try to scoot forward on top of the lower half to line it up, as it's impossible to try and do this while standing. It'd be perfectly fine if you have at least one person who can hold up 50 pounds and keep it steady. Finally, sitting down doesn't make the chair drop all the way down as it did with my first one, but there is a small drop of about an inch. OVERALL: I would give it 3.5/5 stars if Amazon allowed half stars. If your thighs are wider than about 15-17 inches while sitting down, you won't fit in this chair. If you have narrow shoulders, you won't be comfortable in this chair. You'll like this chair if you have longer legs, as on the highest setting my feet barely reach the ground (I'm 5'3). However, the armrests are the perfect height for me, so if you have shorter arms + a longer torso, it might not be quite tall enough. The chair itself isn't uncomfortable, it's an average gaming chair. If you're gonna try to put it together by yourself, make sure you can hold 50 pounds up for many seconds while trying to put this chair together or that you can balance 50 pounds on your knees. Sometimes it drops about an inch when you sit down.

Quality and functionality
Chair is comfortable, but mine had weak headrest. It stopped leveling and never stays in place anymore, so I had to remove it. But this company have a great customer service and helped me with my problem. Seller reminded they have 3 year warranty on this chair and provided options to resolve this issue.

Fell apart quickly, and dramatically.
I've been on a quest for a new office chair for years and had high hopes for this when I ordered it last December. I really didn't get it set up till January thinks to the holidays, and when I did I was initially moderately optimistic. It adequately did it's job of supporting my fat meat body in front of my computer. The cushion was not as comfy as advertised, but all in all, it was ok. By mid February the hydraulics would randomly lose pressure. There's nothing I enjoy more than talking on a conference call and slowly dropping out of frame. It was an annoyance, but I just cursed and live with it. I initially filed this under "eat healthier" and assumed I was too heavy for it. I checked the listing and it says the chair is good for 300lbs, and I'm chonkin in between 240 -250 depending on how well I'm coping. Not only the the hydraulics become increasingly infuriating over the next couple of months, it because increasingly wobbly, and I feel like the butt cushion just gave up. I've had a couch pillow under it for the last month and my wife wants it back. This takes me to today, 7 months later, the chair is unusable, uncomfortable and has been replaced with a wooden straight backed dining room chair that is worlds more stable and comfortable. The metal at the base has completely failed. Attached is a picture of the ripped base plate from the chair. Now I need to find another chair to order even though I know they'll all hurt me in the end.

Great chair for a economical price
Like so many parents we needed to buy office chairs for our kids who are now homeschooling because of Covid-19. Our kids are tall and adult size so we needed full size adult chairs. We went with gaming chairs because of the functionality but also to get the kids excited about their desk set-up. We've had the chair for about 2 months now. It was easy to assemble as all the parts were clearly labeled and the directions were easy to follow. The kid is comfortable and is able to adjust the seat height. She loves that she can rest her head back and it be supported by the chair. Overall it was an excellent choice.
