Game Changer!
I started taking another brand of Maca three times a day. It helped with the hot flashes but I hate taking so many pills a day. When I found Carlyle Maca and the dose is high enough for once a day-amazing! Not only are my hot flashes gone, my libido is up, no fatigue, no brain fog, and my weight is starting to normalize. I heard about Maca online and Started taking it I had complete Hysterectomy and hot flashes been wicked for.8 mons i took this for this week and haven't had one and my babe said to give it a couple days off and go back but otherwise I wasmt sure of this would work along with the othe benefits from taking Maca this product is affordable and works thank u

I never write reviews but it's 2:09 am and I'm wide awake from this dang vitamins so might as well do something with my time. Let me start by saying coffee does NOT wake me up. Nothing does... I took these right before bed, and that was a big mistake. It really needs to have a note on the bottle not to do that. 🫠 I had no idea.. I literally could go clean the house. I can't sleep at allllll, so if you're wanting an energy boost, these are your girls. 4 starts cause I wish it would have told me to take in morning on bottle 😅. Again, NOTHING wakes me up, idk what's in these but I'm wIrEd 😵💫
