I've been using this protein shake for years for my kids and myself. When they don't want to eat breakfast I make them a milk shake with the protein and they don't get hungry, they are find until lunch time.

Great vanilla supplement shake
I love this product. I mainly drink it with just Almond Milk and a tad off coffee or coffee flavoring and I go back and forth between hot or cold. I also often put an diced apple and some cinnamon with the Almond Milk and shake mix. There are so many other ways to enjoy with all types of fruit fresh or frozen. I will say I have a really good blender! I've gone to my parent's house and used a crummy blender and it does not blend well and leaves a lot of shake mix in the glass in the end.
