Bob's teff is high quality. Teff is extremely good for you and tastes amazing with mixed berries.

Cook on low long enough to absorb water
Good fresh product, make sure you add enough water as this grain absorbs a lot of water during cooking, then let it stand as it will harden even more, the grain requires lots of oil or butter to taste good. Texture is grainy like a sand, it tastes close to semolina cooked in butter. Taste is nutty and earthy. Cook time is bringing to boiling and mostly shimmering on very low fire for 20-30 min under closed lid, steering occasionally. Tastes great with raisins and butter or with coconut oil, kind of like semolina halva.

Good but very small grains.
The flavor is good but the grains are very small. It says to rinse them but you cannot do that in a regular strainer. I had to line the strainer with cheese cloth.
