Wide noodles for Pad See Ewe or Chow Fun
These noodles are the thickest I've found anywhere. These are very close to the type used in the Thai dish, Pad See Ewe and the Chinese dish of Chow Fun. They are easy to cook and can be fried after cooking to get that great flavor.Yes, I'm sure if you lived near an Asian store or neighborhood you could get these for a lot less. As it is it's worth it to me to buy these online since the cost of gas alone would certainly be more than the price here on Amazon.

Not a fan
I wasn't crazy about these noodles. Not quite large enough for pad see ewe and the texture/taste was off for me. I was expecting a more authentic product for the price.

They're okay
I bought these noodles because amazon was out of stock of the royal blossom noodles I usually buy. I have to say that I haven't even cooked these yet and I'm already disappointed. The package busted during shipment and the noodles are half the length of regular rice noodles I buy. I'm not sure if they broke in half during shipment or they are normally that short. They are also thicker than noodles that I normally buy and that I receive when I eat at Thai food restaurants. Maybe they are supposed to be that way, but I prefer the long thin rice noodles.

Tasty but sticky
We used this noodle to make Pad Kee Mao and other pan fried noodle Asian dishes. There's no instructions on the package, but you can just soak the noodles in hot water until they are tender but not too soft. There's no added preservatives or flavorings, it's just rice flour and water, which I liked. Some of the noodles stuck together even after soaking, so you have to manually separate them a bit. This type of noodle is hard to find in grocery stores, so if you like wide rice noodles, this fits the bill.

Product great - you pay for convenience of shipping
I will rate the product based on the quality of the product. It was great. I knowingly paid a premium to have the product delivered to me to accommodate our menu plans when I couldn't get to the international food market that carries these wide rice noodles. The price paid was roughly 400% of what we pay for these at the store.

It may work for your tastes but it didn't for mine.
Nothing wrong with the delivery or anything but I felt like it had too much tapioca starch or something because it took a lot longer than it should have for the noodles to become soft enough to eat and even then they were really chewy.
