Q: how hard is it to clean?

Do not waste your money. Defective product, unsafe. Neither Amazon nor Good Deal will support my complaints. Nor is it easy to clean.

Q: Does it have a rotisserie pole that goes thru the chicken or roast?

Yes, make sure you check the bottom and top of the foam used to protect the rotisserie -- that's where the skewers and pole are stored.

Q: will it work in UAE where the over is 220V?

Hi, the unit can hold 110 volts only. You have to use a voltage converter or an AVR if you wanted to use it in 220 volts. Thank you.

Q: does the unit rotate or spin while cookining?

Yes, it rotates when using the rotisserie.
