I was skeptical of this product because of the low cost but decided to give it a try. I am incredibly impressed with the quality and size of this umbrella. I used it this morning to walk my dog in the rain. The umbrella opens easily with one push of the button, it is made of sturdy quality material, is big enough to keep two people dry under the umbrella, and is easy to close with another push of the button. I bought three of these in different colors, there are many colors to choose from. I have one at home, one in the car, and one in my office. Low cost, quality material, easy to carry, will hold up in the wind, and value for your money. I am happily pleased with this purchase, Highly recommend if you want to stay dry.

Great price for this perfect compact umbrella! The quality is really nice and works smoothly opening and closing it. It has a standard area of coverage from the elements. I would highly recommend buying this umbrella if you need to stay dry or shield you from the wind or sun.

Small enough to fit in my work bag but tough enough to handle any bad weather. I through this in my carry on for work trips.

I keep losing umbrellas so I bought the yellow and it glows in the dark! LOL Maybe I won't loose this one. I haven't used it yet but I opened it and it worked great. And it does close by itself. Nice feature. I like the size to, it fits in my purse. It comes with a storage sleeve, another nice feature. So far the only thing Im not crazy about is the underside. It looks like a black trash bag. But if it keeps me dry and open and closes like it should, I can deal with that. Nice umbrella for the price.

I like to walk with a group called California Mission Walkers, where we walk from one California mission to another in segments of 10-17 miles a day. Last Saturday, I walked with a handful of middle-aged hikers from Anaheim to Whittier, and it got pretty hot. I had with me a shade umbrella that was good at blocking the sun, but it wasn't vented, so I found I was using a lot of extra effort to comfortably hold the umbrella even in just the slightest (very welcome) breeze. As soon as I got home, I looked up vented shade umbrellas on Amazon, read the review and ordered this one. Yesterday, we walked the last segment of our trek from Mission San Juan Capistrano to Mission San Gabriel, about 14-ish miles from Whittier to San Gabriel. Even though we started at 7 a.m., it got hot really early in the day, so it wasn't long before I pulled out my new VENTED shade umbrella. What a difference from last week!! I love it. This time the force of the breezes didn't affect the umbrella at all, and it was very easy to hold in position to block out the sun while I walked. It easily fit into the side pocket of my backpack. Easy to open and not too hard to close. Highly recommend! Good price, too.

This umbrella is okay overall. It’s compact and easy to carry, and the automatic open/close feature works fine. However, it’s not as sturdy as expected in strong wind, and the UV protection feels average. It’s decent for light use, but not the best option for heavy rain or windy weather.

Amazing quality for under 10 bucks!!! I don’t know why people are complaining. This item is so cheap but seems more durable than the more expensive umbrellas that I owned and I am very picky when it comes to quality. These umbrellas definitely exceeded my expectations. I was shocked because I thought they will be really flimsy and cheap looking as many reviewers were saying. I ordered 5 different colors for each members of my family mostly for sun protection when we go out to the parks, beaches or wine tasting. Colors are vibrant and the fabric is super high quality. I opened and closed them repeatedly and they all work great!
