This unit does an excellent job filtering water to deliver a spot-free rinse, and it’s significantly more affordable than other models without sacrificing build quality. I especially appreciate the built-in bypass feature—it lets you switch off the filtration system when using regular water or soap, which helps extend the life of the filter. It’s a thoughtful and practical design touch.

Save yourself the headache and just buy a CR Spotless. Despite arriving in an undamaged box, one of my included cartridges was broken at the top, spilling loose resin inside the canister. If I hadn’t disassembled the unit for an easier wall mount installation, I would have ruined my pressure washer with loose resin.The stock components are incredibly cheap. The cartridge seals are mis-sized and do not seal against the housing (replace them with these instead: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CFOFW0Q). The included 1/4" bypass hose is way too small and will starve a pressure washer; I had to source adapters and swap it for a 5/8" hose. Finally, the included resin is terrible—it lasted only three car washes before hitting 25 TDS on my calibrated meter, proving the onboard TDS sensor is poorly placed and highly inaccurate. Expect to spend time and money modifying this thing just to get it to work safely.

Product arrived used. Resin filters were wet and fitting caps were put on incorrectly. After setup the output water constantly reads at 25 PPM. Looked at possible return but only available options are to pay return shipping out of pocket. Shipping this thing back from Hawaii will cost more than what it’s worth so my only option is to buy replacement resin for another $90. Absolute joke. This was purchased and shipped from Amazon directly. I would expect better QC than this. Lesson learned.

Make sure the filters are centered in filter housing. It took several tries to get it to work properly. When it’s time to replace resin I will replace filters with CR Spotless.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. AS GOOD AS IT MAY SEEM, I RECEIVED MINE WITH THE TDS INPUT BROKEN. IT TOOK 6 WEEKS FOR THEM TO SHIP A NEW ONE. THEN I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE FILERS SEPARATING AND RESIN COMING OUT. I CONTACTED VEVOR, SHOWED THEM THE PROBLEM. THEY SAID,” ADD SOME HOT GLUE TO FIX THE PROBLEM”. I ARGUED THAT I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO “FIX” IT. THEY SAID THEY WOUD SEND ME A WHOLE NEW SYSTEM. WELL, AFTER A COUPLE WEEKS, I FOUND OUT IT GOT DAMAGED IN SHIPPING IN CALIFORNIA. AND NOW VEVOR IS SAYING, THEY WILL NOT RESHIP THE PRODUCT THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!. GO AHEAD AND SPEND A FEW MORRE DOLLARS FOR THE CR SPOTLESS OR OTHER BRANDS. BECAUSE VEVOR HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

For quality and what comes in this DI kit can't be beat. To top all this off the DI resin is included. If you're simply looking for a way to wash your windows and your car with spotless results, this is an excellent way to get started.
