One of the top-5 microneedling devices in the market at a unbeatable price 😍 It’s easy and secure to use, it has different depth settings to use on the face, arms also on my stretch marks 🤭. This is the device I use on myself and on my clients in my aesthetics practice, the results are amazing on me and my clients but what I love the most is that doesn’t damage the skin. It’s only goodness, results are visible as soon as 24hrs later and in 7 days you simply glow ( use it to apply hyaluronic acid with a minimum of 2.5% concentration)

I Just used the derma pen and I would say the pain of the needles are bearable. I didn’t receive the 20 pieces of needle cartridges but the A10 box had 2 needle cartridges. When using the A10, I make sure to use 0.25 or 0.5 first all over the face, I didn’t have numbing cream so I build my way up to 0.75 to 1.5 in dark spots and acne scars on areas of the face that are suitable in that depth. Make sure to use a pure hyaluronic acid serum while using this pen to avoid dry gliding of the pen. Also make sure to have the pen sanitised before and after use, and use gloves while working on your face, make sure to cleanse your face well before using the A10. It’s an overall good pen, very good investment for anti aging and scar or dark spot care on the face or body.

I like the product and easy to use. Only thing, the extra needle cartridges didn't arrive, only got the 2 in the box which is annoying.
