I honestly cannot understand why Amazon has this listed as a “frequently returned item.” These are absolutely fantastic! I previously purchased a similar product on Etsy and paid more than double the price, and the quality wasn’t even close. The leather clasps on those constantly moved up and down the strap and wouldn’t stay in place. These are completely different. The clasps stay exactly where you put them, keeping the strap perfectly straight and secure. It actually makes the strap look like it originally came with the purse instead of being something added afterward. The quality is excellent, the genuine leather looks beautiful, and they are incredibly easy to attach. If you’re hesitating because of the “frequently returned” notice, don’t let that stop you.
