I needed an edge-lit LED light with more than three color temperatures and a remote control to use for video calls and to help reduce eye strain since I work from home. The H01 is exactly what I needed. It's well made, has performed flawlessly and provides great lighting for both video calls and general lighting of my desk. I was pleasantly surprised at how effective light being emitted upwards as well as downwards relieved my near daily eye strain. The buttons on the front edge, including the preset for video calls are very convenient. The remote is easy to use, allowing me to choose from the five temperatures and 10 brightness levels as needed. Best of all, the price was very reasonable.

Great lamp, works well and is exactly what I was looking for. The switch that comes with it works great and makes it easy to set the lighting temp and brightness easily without getting up or moving over to the lamp. Highly recommend!

Love this lamp, set up was easy and its worked out very well for my work as a virtual teacher.

It's a solid 4 stars.Pros:• Easy to install• Clamp function• looks sleek• brightness is perfect for my office needsCons:• the way the axes tilt is not intuitive and takes getting used to, more movement/tilt would be better• buttons on the front are sensitive & remote takes getting used to since there is no writing under the removable sticker directionsOther:• 2-sided feature seems kind of useless for "eye strain" since the down-facing light is much brighter than the up-facing; to truly get the benefit you'd have to tilt the light down and not point the light toward your hands which seems useless to me. if this is the reason you're purchasing, look elsewhere.• someone mentioned it wasn't bright enough, if you're truly looking for a bright task light, this may disappoint, but for the work I do, the brightness is adequate and typically I set it lower for comfort.

You can adjust warmth of light to neutral or cool. I really like having the separate desktop remote control. I don’t have to reach up into the lamp while I’m on a Yeans call if I need to adjust the light.Light can be directed onto work surface for task lighting or onto your face if you need more “O ring” type lighting to appear better lit in video conferences. Great light, glad I bought it.

The clamp works perfect and holds more than tightly. The one touch button with the little person on the top of the lamp is what makes this worth it above other products. It sets the perfect lighting to be on a video call for work, school, or anything else you need to be on video for.The remote button is a must have so you can easily turn on your light and adjust it if needed. Its much easier then having to stand up and press a button then sit down and stand up again.

My husband bought two for our long desk we share and do art on. I really like the look of the lamp. Sleek and made out of quality materials. It doesn't take up a lot of space either. Functions great and pretty much no assembly besides putting the batteries in the dial and desk clamp. I love the dial it comes with to adjust light temp and brightness. Very bright light with a lot of swivel and rotation to it. Versatile, would recommend for a work desk, vanity, or if you work with a lot of detail and color in general.
