Depending on which variety of skwinkles you eat, it's between 70-100kcals per serving (one packet). This variety was 100kcal per serving (26g) with 24g carbs of which 11g are sugars.

Love the spicy, sour taste

It's like a very very very mild spicy fruit stick. Although the pineapple flavour is very light pineapple flavour, i still prefer the pineapple over watermelon. It contains 12 packets, each packet contains 4 sticks
