I had my previous phone for 4 years which was purchased on Amazon. I thought that I need an upgrade as well there is now a red line in the phone from a recent fall. This line is very visible in photos taken.. I saw this phone, went over the specifications more than once so I didn't miss anything and read all the reviews.I felt satisfied and decided to purchase. This must be a bad batch because 1. The phone looked like they had it for 10years. It also look bigger in size than the actual pictures on Amazon. I looked passed that still wanting to keep the phone. 2. The Gmail icon did not come on the phone. I though all androids come with Gmail. So, I went to the play store to download it. This was not even on the instruction paper included. Yes, it was a paper thingy. 3. The set up was like an exam. Over 48 hours! I got frustrated so many times. 4. The picture quality is a hot mess and I bought the phone based on the picture specs. It's not crisp. When zoomed in I can see like other colours. 5. The touch is not responsive. I tried it with the stick and it's worse. I went back to fingers. Still after all this I was going to keep the phone based on my usage which is medium.... but then ..6. The speaker is not Speaking. ..lol That's where I was like what did I buy? I use my speakers for recordings and listen back.. it sounded like something is broken and it requires tuning.Refund please. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Performance & Display *by O***S on March 7, 2025* This smartphone is an absolute powerhouse! But wait I've spent the last few days trying to activate this phone with different carriers still not activated. It's not compatible I'm going to need a refund. Don't buy this phone if you want to waste days time and energy along with money.
