Right out of the box, the headphone jack was drilled in too far, reflecting shoddy workmanship. The battery compartment is also almost impossible to remove The volume to the headphones is very difficult to control, to loud, to softy, and cracks when you adjust it (very painful). The worst part of all is that the pick up would not pick up the high e string. I took it to my local guitar shop (been going there for 15 year) and they said the pick up was shot. They tried to replace it and could not make it pick up the highest string no matter what, so they ended up not even charging me for a used pick up that worked better than the original, but still the guitar is really unusable. I informed the seller and they just apologized and said there is nothing they can do, saying it probably wasn't replaced with the right type of system, ignoring the fact that it came broken. Sometimes I use it because you can still hear it a bit without any amplification, when I really want to practice but can't. Thx.** A: The Sojing is 38" long by 15" at widest width. It is 2" deep. Most standard electric guitar gig bags should work nicely. I use a deluxe World Tour (which has good padding) and it works and travels great! **Q: Can you detach the two pieces on the side that make the outline of a guitar body? so it will be just a fret board?** A: It is all in one piece, just like a hollow guitar. the side cannot be detached to reduce the size for traveling. regular guitar case or bag is needed for it. **Q: What is the difference between this and the Sojing 020A-U? Anything more than cosmetic?** A: Yes there are more than just cosmetic (although when you really look at both of them, the cosmetic is pretty strong. Personally I do not like the look of the 020A-U. It looks cheap IMA). The only thing thing I like about the 020A-U is the sides are removable, making it a better travel guitar. I cannot comment on its sound quality. I LOVE the sound of my 020X-U. I did have to lower the action and put a bone saddle on it. I have traveled on a train with it and that went very well! It also stays in tune quite well. **Q: Is the fretboard wider than the Sojing 020A-U?** A: I'm not sure of the 020A-u. The 020X-U is a full 2" nut, same as a normal classical guitar.
