Great for making your fall asleep
If your issue is falling asleep, this will help. I chose a melatonin spray because I have issues falling asleep, not staying asleep. So I needed something to hit my system at once, not be slow release. This is very effective for that. The taste is good and with two sprays a night, it lasts for a long time and is worth the price. I haven’t experienced any side effects.

This works pretty good! I'm still not sure about the amount.. I still wake up during the night. But I'm going to use this because the PM drugs are linked to dementia..I can take this type but not the gummies or pills? I have no idea why this type doesn't give me headache? Possibly it's a lower dose plus you don't have to digest it?? Who knows! If I slept all though the night I would give it five stars.. but you can have another squirt to get you back asleep...

The taste is truly just foul… not sure why I thought an orange flavor would be a good idea for something you use after brushing your teeth so I guess that’s on me. Works good enough though!
