We use a lot of paprika. The small bottles sold at my local grocer don't last long enough. Buying this size is more value for the money. I'm happy to find organic paprika in this large container. The color looks fresh and red. This paprika gives my dishes a savory peppery smell. The container seals well enough to keep the paprika fresh for a long time. It adds a sweet peppery flavor to my dishes.

Update 11/19 I sprinkle these on my husband's dinner often and he really really enjoys them. I think the difference between good quality organic red pepper flakes and cheepo oxidized ones is quite huge! My husband never uses red pepper flakes as a condiment but I wanted to make him some homemade hot sauce and I took a chance on these. I put the ingredients in a glass jar and mixed with a hand/stick blender. These broke up well with that method and created a great flavor with a really nice warmth that doesn't overwhelm your soul. 10/10 rating from hubby.
