Awesome little vent fan!
Fan came with everything needed for simple installation with thorough but simple instructions. Plug and play for my RV since it was replacing my old white one just like it. The black dome looks amazing and is a perfect match to my other roof components. It is quiet but super effective and really pulls in the fresh air when my windows are open. It runs great off my 12 v battery so it's ideal for boondocking or for glamping. Highly Recommend! It even comes with a variety of screw lengths to accommodate different roof thicknesses. Just a super little fan package! I may buy another to replace my roof ac unit!

Worth $100.00 but not more than that
Moves lots of air for the size. I am using it in my small squaredrop camper. Low power draw at 1.8 watts. The fan is a little loud but not hidious. The built in light is fantastic but is dimmer with the fan running. Easy to install. I am happy with the $100.00 price tag.

Moves like zero air
Cannot tell if its even on, no air movement at all. Leave it on at night just to quiet noise if we are staying in a rv park

It's OK for camper bathrooms, with roof less than 4.5 inches thick
The GOOD: It works well, came complete. Fits the hole in my camper bathroom. The not so good: Because my camper trailer has a slightly higher then 5 inch roof thickness, the fan sleeve was too short and the longest mounting screws were too short. UGH... I improvised. I had to order 6 inch machine bolts (#10 screws) and cut them back each a half inch. I solved the short sleeve by 3D printing 4 corner pieces to extend the sleeve height by one inch. A big nuisance. There might be other ways, but I had time to do this. In the end, it worked well and I saved $100 over the cost of a traditional vent installation that would have had a failing vent in a few years. I don't like the motorized clam style vents, they are fragile and crack and stick. This Maxxair Mini Plus has a permanent rain a wind lid, and it is sealed from rain and bugs, it has a brush type air exit so air can move out, but bugs can't enter. It's not loud, but i would not run it all night unless it has a slower speed (it is single speed). The LED lights are more like night lights and not bright, just enough to not bump into things.

Leaks in camper floor
Fan functions great love the light. I think the qualities is subpar leaks in to the vent every time we have a heavy rain and have water in my floor, which is never good with camper life. I recommend getting a different fan. I’ll be replacing mine as soon as I can.

Poor quality LED's
Shortly after install the LED's started burning out and flashing erratically. Very disappointed. No signs of physical or water damage anywhere. Fan still works well.
