Q: Why is this product only 1 box of 12, when it used to be 4 boxes of 12?

It should be 4 boxes. I also received just one and spoke to customer services who confirmed it should be 4 boxes. They reissued the order and have flagged the issue for investigation as this has happened to me twice. If you only get 1 box, click on the Customer Services section!

Hello there . If i get a refund for whatever reason i normally get an email from amazon stating 5 to 7 working days and quite often find refunded in 3 days .. i hope you got your refund.

You have to mash it up with a fork, not just empty the sachet. Break it up and mix together with fork so the meat pieces are spread amongst the jelly evenly. I do this with all food brands 😸

Q: Can we buy a poultry and fish selection together as you now have a minimum buy of two is this a option?

I don't think they do mixed packs in Sheba, you might have to buy a pack of each

Cat loves it

My cat loves fish in gravy. She used to be really fussy, however these pouches became her staple.They are perfect serving size for her (80g) along with her dry food, and I find them very convenient to use, unlike the cans or pates. Also, I don't think they have unpleasant smell, comparing to other products or brands. I find them good quality and value for money.Can't say how many times I repurchased them, but they are always packed well and shipping is always fast.

Sheba Select slices - Gone......

I have four cats, the latest strolling in this year in a bit of a mess.Sheba Select slices are just the right portion size for my lot who watch the Amazon man deliver and then follow me to the kitchen, no matter the time expecting a pouch there and then.I don't know how it tastes personally, but each packet smelling of the meaty treat to come once opened, the chunks of Real Meat in jelly ( not too much of the jelly either ) needing to be separated with a fork or spoon.All cat slaves know the yowls of hurry up as you place the bowl before each one, honestly a server really earns their money if my cats are a guide.I digress a little as their heads are straight into the bowls, chomping away, with their sounds of pleasure filling the air.My cats like - okay love the Sheba Select slices as they lick the bowls clean, they are all a nice size with shiny fur. The newest addition has come along beautifully and looks a new cat. I would say Sheba Select slices is great value for my money and as the title says the food is:Sheba Select slices - Gone....Then the dogs get their breakfast !
