As he is a stubborn teen, he won't use it for any length of time because he thinks he knows it all. Okay by me... I tried it when I got a head cold that wouldn't leave. HOLY SMOLY! This stuff is incredible! It took about 5 days, but my sinuses are nearly clear, and, for the first time in years, so are my ears- I can actually hear things!!!! I still have some blockage, but it won't be there for long, I am sure, and I feel wonderful. I have been stuffed up for so long that I had forgotten how wonderful it felt to breathe freely and have clear ears. I could actually feel my sinuses emptying, slowly but surely- an odd feeling, to be sure, but wonderful nonetheless. I would recommend that the pills be taken right before a meal. If you take it afterwards, you could end up "tasting" it, which isn't terrible but a bit of a bother. Also, if you want quick results, you won't get that with these pills. I am so very glad that I gave this product a try- it was worth every penny. I will be a customer as long as the ingredients aren't changed.
