Great to connect CD player 3.5 jack out by bluetooth to Sonos Arc Ultra. Very easy.

Great sound but annoying click.
Great relay and sound quality using my Apple Pro buds but you do get a click every minute as it reloads bytes of information to process.

RECEIVED DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURN NOT SUPPORTED INTERNATIONALLY
DOES NOT WORK! Did initial charge as directed and successfully paired to AirPod Pro 2 but battery indicator (+ button) did not work. On plane, device did not work at all. Although I purchased using my Amazon account and am eligible for Prime returns, the only return options are from UK. Cannot get support from Twelve South within Amazon, only if I register myself to their mailing list. DoNOT recommend! $50+ WASTED. Poor showing for a device very likely ordered most for international travel. I wish I'd gambled on one of many same-service products available for 1/3 of cost.

Airplane adapter needed too!
I had not anticipated needing an airplane adapter to use with this. On outward journey I hear a lot of background static which, together with the time lag, meant it was pointless trying to listen to aircraft audio. Once I had the airplane adapter the sound was much better, static free. The time lag was still a little irritating

Poor quality.
Not a great improvement on the first version. The buttons are loose and rattle. Give a very low quality feel and for the price point not what you would expect. Tried customer service and they keep passing from UK to US.
