One of my favorite things is that it’s just one capsule a day, which makes it super convenient—especially during pregnancy when taking multiple pills can be overwhelming. I also like that it includes DHA, iron, and folate, so you’re getting the key nutrients in one. It’s been gentle on my stomach and hasn’t caused me nausea, which was a big concern for me. The only downside for me is that sometimes when I burp, I get a fishy aftertaste (probably from the DHA). It’s not terrible, but it can be a little unpleasant at times. Other than that, it’s been working well for me and I feel like it covers the essentials

I’ve been using TheraNatal One throughout my pregnancy and I’m very happy with it. It’s easy to take (just one softgel a day), gentle on my stomach, and gives me all the essential nutrients like DHA, iron, folate, and vitamin D. I feel good knowing it supports both me and the baby’s health. Definitely recommend it to other moms-to-be!

I have been drinking this for over 3 months. I really like it. I feel energized. Feeling healthy and clean. I hope it improves my egg quality.

These prenatals made me feel like absolutely trash. I took them for 6 weeks before getting pregnant and had a headache every day and felt nauseous all the time. They are also super round, so they are hard to swallow. 0/10 would recommend.

I had my fertility center give me a sample of these when we found out we were finally pregnant. I love how small they are, they are easy to take, and you can tell that they are good vitamins. They are a gel capsule and all you have to take is one a day!! I usually take my pill at dinner time so I don’t have a big gag reflex like I do in the morning time. I highly recommend these pills. You can’t beat the price either for a one a day small prenantal vitamin.

The DHA levels in this prenatal are some of the best ones I’ve ever seen! Actually pretty incomparable to others. It does come in 90 days per package, which may be the only downfall if you need it for an extra month. Worth every penny! They don’t make me sick like some other prenatals do. The pill is on the medium-large size but easy to get used to!

I've tried various different brands but so far these are the best. I was able to take them while experiencing morning sickness. They are very easy to swallow and don't give me heartburns. I had been talking them throughout my whole pregnancy and now while breastfeeding. I recently took a vitamin deficiency test and was surprised to see that I have none. Even more, 3 months postpartum I still have naturally long nails, shinny hair and glowing skin. I'm very pleased with these vitamins.

These are pretty stinky, I have to hold my breath when I open the bottle and get the pill down quickly. I have also used the other Theralogix prenatal (the one where you take three pills a day), and the fish oil supplement in there is better than this one. I do like that it’s just one pill per day but they are honestly hard to get down. I do get fishy burps especially if I take it on an empty stomach. I love this brand but I don’t think I would buy these again.
