0.25mm Derma Roller Pen

I’m really happy I bought this at home derma roller pen. It’s easy to use and has 6 different modes so you can find the right one for your skin. My skin is looking smoother and healthier with each use. It comes with multiple refills so you get quite a few uses before needing replacements. This saves a ton of money when compared to going to a salon/spa for treatments. My favorite feature is that it’s cordless.

I have wanting to buy at home derma roller pen for some time. The treatment I got over a year ago at a med spa was very expensive and inconvenient to schedule. I purchased this pen based on the features and positive reviews and it does not disappoint! The pain level is tolerable for the device and the quality is good. I like being able to adjust the device for certain areas that need more or less treatment. So far, this seems as effective as the treatment I was getting at the spa. I have saved a lot of money with this derma roller pen!

It was shown in reviews that the needle length went more than 0.25mm. That's the whole reason I bought it but when it came in 0.25 was the only needle length that was on the pen. This was very frustrating because I planned to micro needle my face once I got it! Ugh so annoying so I bought it from a different seller since the needle length goes up to 2.0 mm.

Before purchasing I read about these & this seemed well regarded. So I bought my lidocaine cream , took two Tylenol & prepared myself 😂. (This girl has already established that natural beauty is going to take some work! The Tylenol & lidocaine worked for laser hair removal so I decided that was an easy option & let’s face it, no one wants pain!) So the choice of needle is important, it comes with a selection and explains that the many needle (nano) is less deep & just to help serum absorption whereas the other needles can be chosen to select for example deeper acne scar treatments) I have deep forehead wrinkles & have decided to see if I can stimulate some collagen production there. So of course I went with the heavy duty option, Note here, you want to have your hands face & area all super clean & maybe keep sanitizer around, I wiped the lidocaine off with micellar water & applied my serum. I & also had additional cotton wool pads with serum on to wipe any blood spots before they dried. I gave the lidocaine cream 20 minutes to work & then attached a cartridge (snaps into place) looked at the guide & off I went. I only noticed a tiny amount of bleeding so in true obsessive form went over the areas again. It isn’t painful (with lidocaine😉) and you can see that it has done what you wanted it to do. I lifted & placed it rather than dragged it across my face (as I had seen in one video) as it made no sense to me to move a needle that was in my face. Immediately afterwards I saw more tiny spots of bleeding, which I wiped with clean cotton wool & more serum.. the guide tells you what depth & speed to use in each area & I of course ignored that & went one higher 😂🙈 & still no issues. That night I wouldn’t have gone out (or morning the next day as maybe doing each area twice in a cross hatch pattern could have been a little too thorough & I did look as though I had fallen face first onto our pet hedgehog! Yesterday it was hardly noticeable & I could have covered it with make up, today there are only 1-2 tiny spots left. It hasn’t caused any pimples so I will use the same method next time. I have set my calendar for 4 weeks time (apparently the healing between sessions is the important time) & hopefully in a few months I will start to see a small difference & if not maybe it will stop the wrinkles getting too much worse.

The pen is excellent. Works very well. However, it has been impossible to repurchase the cartridge for this specific pen.
