This is such an amazingly simple way to take your vitamin d! I literally just put a drop on my hand and lick it off lol! There is practically no taste. The value is great for the amount you are getting. I’m very happy with this supplement.

I'm not a trained professional so i can't tell you about the ingredients themselves but i can say that it's pleasant and seems high quality. The liquid drops are tasteless, and they come in a glass bottle, and it only takes one drop daily. (POSSIBLE PLACEBO EFFECT) I noticed feeling less tired and foggy after using it, which was a nice surprise. The only downside is the tiny bottle and the dropper, which can be tricky to get a drop out of. Overall, it’s convenient!

Oh my goodness! So THIS is what I've been missing! I found out I'm low in vitamin D several years ago and have been taking a good vitamin D supplement ever since... or so I thought. Whenever I wouldn't take it, I would always feel lethargic, even on sunny days; however, no matter what, I was ALWAYS latgergic and had brain fog when it was cloudy outside. I really did not expect much from this liquid vitamin D and just barely decided to even give it a whirl. Wow! This is where it's at! I feel better and no longer have lethargy or brain fog, even on cloudy days! After feeling the difference, it's going to be difficult going back to use up my old vitamin D supplements so I can start using this liquid vitamin D permanently 😆 I love that it's in a glass bottle (not plastic); comes out smoothly (doesn't get stuck or suddenly glug out); and that it's a great bang for your buck, too. This is fantastic stuff and I would definitely recommend it!

I got these D3 and K2 drops to replace the AG1 version that I've had for the last year. The AG-1 is great but always comes with that price. These here are a little bit cheaper and are pretty darn close to the same ingredients overall. The only thing I don't like a whole lot about this one is the bottle style. You kind of got a shake to living daylights out of it to get a drop or two out. Other than that, it mixes easily in my morning drink and provides all the great benefits. Just combine some magnesium with it too.
