Far better than organic!!!
So on my first ever Harley-Davidson brake job I went with the organic pads. Boy was that a mistake. Poor performance, quick ware, and too much dust. These ones however are a day and night difference. The grab is astounding! Sure is feels good to know I'll be able to stop much quicker with these that the organic. Did/do get a slight squeak once in a while, but just get on them really good once or twice to clean up and goods as new. Will buy again.
