Poppy seeds
Was expecting the seeds to come in a packet with a picture on the front and instructions for when to sow and planting etc. They were a remberance gift for someone and a picture would have made it instantly clear why they had been chosen. They came in a small plastic zip lock bag.

Not spotty!
Well as the picture shows, no spots! Second one to flower and both just red. Really disappointed I was excited for these 😢

Really Pleased
Despite a few negative reviews, thought I'd have a punt at growing these. Really pleased with the result. Started off in the greenhouse and brought out at the end of April. By the end of June I have some really beautiful flowers. I wish I'd found them in 2020 when the weather was better and they probably would have flowered earlier but hey I'm more than happy.

NOT ladybird
Germinated well grew vigorously and just started to flower [ 1st June]. BUT they are not Ladybird poppies. Not proper red and no spots. I now have a lot of boring poppies and will have to make sure they don't self seed.I'm not happy and will never be using Premier Seeds again.
