Wow! Embossing Powder 15ml-Clear Gloss

I purchased this Ultra High Embossing Powder after watching a card-making video on YouTube. I've been making cards for a few months now, and I've learned that with stamping and embossing, sometimes it takes practice to get it just right. This product is no different; in my experience, it works best on thick cardstock (110#). Also, you need to heat it from the underside of the paper at first, until it starts to "melt" and then you can bring it to the front of the paper, like normal. It doesn't like to stick, so make sure you ink up your stamps well; I've even figured out that if I'm doing lots of stamping/embossing, even on just one card/project, I get better results if I stamp once or twice and then pour on this powder, even though I'm not taking long to stamp the entire card/project (I hope that makes sense!). If you're looking for a clear embossing powder for "everyday" stamping, I would pick the "plain" clear, UH gives you more shine but it also seems a bit more fickle to work with, and like I said, for me, it doesn't do as well on cardstock unless it's super thick. For the price, you get A LOT of powder (note: if you order the ultra fine clear, you get a tiny jar and it's a different type of embossing powder that works best for very detailed stamps).

I enjoy using clear sparkle on many cards. Just the right amount of sparkle when glitter would be too much

I like to use my clear embossing powder to mix with my mica powders to make my own colored embossing powder. The well clear embossing powder works very well!

This embossing powder works exactly as described. It adds texture, shine, and dimension to paper craft products. It is a clear embossing powered, so any colored ink or paper will show through after the powder has been set. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the picture makes the jar look bigger than it is. It looks like the standard size embossing powder jar, but it is probably about 2/3 that amount. Overall, it is a good product, and I would purchase it again.

This stuff is great. I use it all the time. Next time I'll buy the big bottle!

Wow, 15ml is super tiny. This jar is like an inch wide and 1 1/4 tall or so - super tiny. This is more of an issue in terms of pouring the extra powder back in so I definitely suggest doing so in a tray in case you spill some.
