What they lack to make them awesome is salt. Without salt they are still excellent and exactly what is advertised. In my case, I mixed them 50/50 with another brand that were salted. This cut the salt level of the others to a much better place (for me) and added the much needed salt to these. Again, these are 100% as advertised and 100% awesome. Great flavor, crunchy, freshness, etc... They are on my Subscribe and Save delivery schedule now.... along with a salted brand too.

This is the first time I've ordered pumpkin seeds / pepitas online and am completely satisfied. They are very fresh (store-bought isn't always), and the taste is excellent. I've now had them raw in salads and added them to homemade protein bars and am so impressed with the quality that YUpik will be my go-to for ordering them in the future. These are salt-free so I don't worry about any salt-related issues, and they really don't need salt! I've been going salt-free for years now and don't miss it (much). The price is excellent for 2 pounds - I poured enough into a pint jar to last awhile on the shelf, then placed the original bag in the freezer to preserve its quality. These should last awhile, though I LOVE the taste and eat at least a handful every day. Highly recommend!!
