I’m so happy bio.me now has a glp1 support supplement! I’ve been researching ways to mitigate the downsides of taking GLP1 and this is the perfect answer. Protein, vitamins, collagen peptides, and digestive enzymes all help keep me regular, energized, and help prevent muscle loss which is the most important factor for me. 14 grams of protein and only 80 calories is amazing- I might keep taking this even once I’m off glp1. It’s light, tastes amazing, and doesn’t make me bloated like protein shakes do. Highly recommend!!!

This is my second order. It was recommended to me by my dietitian and when I told her it doesn't desolve properly she said to mix it with some warm water first before adding old water. I also add electrolytes powder to it.I love it

I really wanted to write a good review for this and even got a second order to see if I needed longer for an impact. The taste was pretty good and not too sweet. It didn’t always mix well and I found I had to shake my water bottle constantly, especially if I didn’t drink it all at once. I didn’t really see any positive impact on any of the items described

This actually works. Decreased my appetite a lot! I use 3 tablespoons in a 40z tumbler. It doesn’t taste the best so I mix it with an electrolyte powder and sip it throughout the day.
