Pleasantly surprised! Make sure you unpack all the boxes and READ THE INSTRUCTIONS first. I missed an assembly step by not doing so & had to redo after realizing not putting in the corner pieces would compromise the integrity. If you don't put the braces on the corners, you will end up with " failure" like I did the first time I sat on it.☹️ Luckily. I was able to put the brackets on before it got worse, and was mostly able to cover up the damage.. I painted the edge of the fabrics with clear nail polish to keep them from fraying worse. That was my bad. The whole thing was incredibly fast and easy to assemble. I didn't time myself but I would say 10 minutes? I actually really liked the divider, it came in handy and provides some sturdiness to the trunk, and the velcro top pieces can fold flat in the bottom or side, if you don't want to use them. They work great for me for my purpose - giving me the opportunity to sort and divide and grab specific things a little easier without having to dig through everything. I'm 140 lb and sat on this and it feels pretty sturdy (aside from my initial assembly faux pas) - Not sure it would hold 600 lb as stated. I have a California King in a narrow bedroom. This works great without taking up too much space but providing additional storage & seating for putting on shoes/socks. I also like the each side ends lifts up independently without having to remove the entire lid. If you can afford to go to Ross and buy a "real" One for an extra 50 bucks, it's probably worth it. But this worked well for an inexpensive and attractive enough option!

What I like about this ottoman is that.. 1. It’s super easy to assemble it. You can assemble it yourself with no problems. Instructions were clear and it only took approx. 10 minute to assemble it. 2. I like the materials they used. Good quality (not cheap fabric or loose stitchings found). It’s not super heavy yet it’s sturdy ! In one of the photos , I had my boyfriend do a plank on it to show you guys that it’s strong. He weights 147LB. And in another photo, it’s us sitting on it together at the same time (him: 147LB me: 125LB) so I can confidently say it can easily hold up to 300LB . 3. Lots of storage. I like the little storage compartment as well as the main storage compartment. There’s lots of space to put in things such as throw blankets, toys, etc. 4. Good for storage and also good to sit on. Super comfortable, and the lid isn’t hard to sit on. 5. The lid is my favorite. It folds. So you have the option to open left or right or take off the whole lid off. I think it’s a little hassle to take off the whole lid off which is why, when they gave the option to just fold the lid, I thought this stood out from the rest of the ottomon. ========= Dislike: I don’t have anything about this I dislike. I do have to say, trying to put the bottom piece into the thread (hole at the bottom of the ottoman) was a pain in the ass but once you get a hold of it, it locks it in place and makes the ottoman taller and sturdier. - if you have cats, expect them to claw at it so be careful. I recommend putting blankets on it or something to protect its exterior integrity. Overall 5/5 ! )

This ottoman is great. Very sturdy, lots of space, lid opens well, the color is great and as pictured, and collapses back easily. Super fast to put together, love the storage capacity, overall it was worth it

I actually bought this storage bench for 2 purposes. 1. It is great to store sheets to clear some space in my linen closet. 2. It makes it easier for our small dogs to jump up onto the bed. Our one dog hurt his leg and had trouble jumping, so I had to lift him up onto the bed, which was hard to do. This bench works much better than doggie steps or a ramp, which our dogs wouldn't use. After some coaxing, they jump onto the bench and right up to bed. Now I can save myself some lifting and have a very nice looking and useful bench at the end of my bed. The fabric is nice blue velvet and it is well made, easy to assemble with wooden legs and some dividers. Highly recommend.

I needed a small bench for the guestroom. The treadmill is not in there, when we have company! So I wanted some thing that didn’t take up too much room and I thought well you can never have too much storage! It came with just a description of the parts enclosed and no actual directions but it’s pretty easy to figure out so you don’t need them. Would’ve been nice if the screws on the feet were a little longer- lining it up was a little difficult. once assembled, I had my 230 pound hubby sit on it, and it seems very sturdy. I like the lid -opens side to side so it doesn’t bang into the wall when you open it. The material is OK. It does what I wanted it to do so for the price it’s great! It’ll be a good place to store a blanket or towels and I think it’ll come in handy for guests!

I am not gonna lie...I was a bit concerned when I opened up this package and was able to see what I actually had just bought. It looked a little sketchy as far as quality goes at first glance...but it was misleading. Once this is put together and sitting where I wanted it I sat my over 200 lb rump on it and it didn't shake at all...was sturdy as can be! The assembly was easy and it does what I needed it to do...hold some toys in my living room and give a tiny bit more sitting space for when we have more people over. My grandson has spent a few sessions sitting in this...tipping it over and laying on the side...throwing things in and out of it...and it has held up so far. Do I think this thing is something I would buy and will last me 25-30 years...I highly doubt that! But how much did I actually spend on this thing? For the price you pay for this it is actually well worth the money. You can get much more expensive ones which on the surface will look the same but may be much more rugged to be able to handle a lot more...but for me this works perfect for what I needed and at the price point which I paid for it. If this lasts me 5-7 years and then needs to be replaced and I can find this exact same one...I would re-buy it again to replace the old one!

Was specifically looking for a bench that is elevated, but got this bench without metal gaskets and legs. Bummer. Was offered 20% of refund.

Tenía dudas porque luce frágil, ví reseñas de que no lo era y lo compre. Me gustó, práctico y facil de armar, iba bien pero a los pocos meses, tal ves menos de seis solo me senté como siempre y se rompió. La parte del asiento parece por dentro un comprimido y ya no sirve de ese lado :/ entonces resulta algo muy caro para ser así de desechable.
