Works and taste great.
This was recommended to me by my doctor because I do not drink enough water. I don't really like the taste of plain water so I simply rip open the small package, dump it in my bottle, Shake It Up, and drink it down. LOLIn all seriousness though, I was dehydrated to the point I was getting cramps in my thigh quite often. I started putting this in my water bottles as the doc recommended and I do not get cramps anymore.

Best drink mix!!
Can’t get enough of this amazing stuff lol! Gives me the right amount of hydration I need for the day. Dissolves quickly, light smell but it’s not bad!, smooth texture and easy to use. I wouldn’t recommend drinking more than 2 though, unless you are really really dehydrated.

Tasty and it works!
On my third pack of these lemonade and watermelon flavor. Tastes great, no upset stomach. Hard to tell on energy level but certainly seems to help me stay hydrated during long days commuting in New England.

Grape is the best flavor. IMO
These tasted great while I could drink them. I had to switch to sugar free. Easily mixed with water. Functional for hydration and better than the competition and more well known brands. Smells like grapes. Wife still drinks them.

Just Okay (Grape Flavor)
I purchased these hydration packets as an alternative to Liquid IV due to availability issues. These were also priced well. I bought the grape flavor. They are just okay. I don’t feel they are nearly as authentically grape tasting as my normal brand. I probably won’t buy these again, unless my usual brand isn’t available for some reason (as was the case this time.)

First very low in sugars but taste great and a great quencher.

Favorite Electrolyte Drink
I have been trying multiple brands for a good electrolyte drink because I’m very picky. This one seems to have the best flavor, no weird after taste and it’s not the worst for you. Bonus points, you can purchase it with HSA/FSA!
