Ingredients listed are in order of measurement (how much it contains in product). Salt is 2nd listed so that means it is VERY high in salt. MSG (monosodium glutimate) is the 4th ingredient so it does contain a fairly high Amy of it.

Up to two years apparently providing you keep them tightly sealed -- especially if the environment is humid -- definitely need to keep moisture away from them

I never thought the product Was ever marketed as organic. However if you are asking in terms of authenticity I would say that I don’t know if it is but it does not taste any different or gives me any reason to think it’s not. Hope this helps.
