These bars are really tasty. High in protein, low in sugar. I eat one for breakfast driving up the highway; swapped in for picking up a biscuit. despite its size, keeps the hunger at bay until lunch. One or two have leaked the caramel; its a little messy while driving, so I throw one in the fridge 20 minutes or so before I leave to make sure the choco-coating stays firm and doesn't melt in truck. Also makes a great late-afternoon snack!

So while you can tell it is a protein bar, it is a good tasting bar which a fudgy consistency. 20g protein for 200 cal is a good ratio so I'm happy with it. It tastes better than a lot of other bars available to Australia
