3PCS Drone Strobe Light,for FAA Anti Collision Night Flight Rechargable Led Lamp,for DJI Mini 4 Pro Air 3 2S Mavic Mini 2 SE Mavic 3 Classic Accessory

I plan to do a fair bit of night flying so needed a decent strobe to enable me to do so. I looked at a few products of varying prices. After reading reviews I decided to go for this model which was mid range in strobe pricing. It arrived in a small plastic case measuring approx 7 x 5 x 2.5cm. It includes the strobe, USB-C charging cable, 2 x small elastic bands, 5 x velcro sticky pads and instructions.I'm currently using this on a DJI Mini 3 Pro but plan to use on a larger drone in the future. I'm not a fan of having sticky pads stuck to a drone so used a larger elastic band to attach the strobe to the drone which worked well wrapped around the body, it feels very secure with this.As others have stated the strobe is very bright. It has a lens moulded into the top of the case too which distributes the light well. There is a choice of several LED colours and combinations of colours. On my first night flight using the white strobe I was impressed that I could easily see where the drone was, even with the strobe being attached to the top. Its purpose is also to be seen by aircraft up to three miles away which I've no doubt it could be.Using the strobe on a sub 250g drone does take it over the weight limit for this category of drone so be aware of this (any type of strobe fitted will do anyway). The strobe is 10g in weight so takes my 249g drone to 259g when attached with the elastic band. When stored in its case it also easily fits in the standard bag of the Mini 3 Pro which is ideal.I've not used the strobe enough yet to rate the battery life. To sum up this is an excellent strobe, I'd highly recommend it!

These are much better than the others you can get, These are very bright, they last ages on one charge, I brought three one for the front leg and one for the back leg of my drone and one in the centre, you definitely can't miss my drone especially at night, the lights come with velcro and white bands you can clip to hold the light in place, they charge by type C, you can press the on button once and it will show you a blur light which means your led light is fully charged, and red when you need to recharge them.I also brought some type c rubber ends to keep dust and moisture out of the led lights when in use.I'm very satisfied with them, so much so I've binned the other ones I had, I wish I brought these first time around.

I LOVE this new design compared to the last ones I bought from same company, they have a lot more surface area In contact with My Air 2s drone and I was very pleasantly surprised to see the kit come with bands and lots of spare/extra velcro pre-cut ready to rock and roll.I bought this at a bargain black friday deal.A must-have Item for your drone to be visible at night from a long distance for potentially anything else up to Just over 3 miles away.Obviously, the second you see or hear anything In the sky...land your drone Immediately!Also, I obviously forgot about the fact It Is USB-C, which Is great.Comes well sealed, protected In It's little plastic box, all In all would I buy It again?Answer = yes!Pros:Better design that the old micro-usb one.Good contact area assues you of not falling offComes with bands and lots of extra pre-cut velcro stickiesExtremely bright.Cons: none

This will work on any drone with a bit of double sided velcro I have small bits of the velcro on the back of the batteries and i use it in the day time too very bright and can be seen a long way away recommend to buy

DO NOT look at the light directly when you switch it on. It is extremely bright and will upset your vision. The item seems sturdy and can be seen easily at a distance. Makes life much easier for my tired old eyes. It is easily mounted with Velcro or small silicone band as supplied. Charges quickly and easily with supplied cable.

Ok the leds are very bright and work well on the leg of my Potensic drone but when using the white flash it seems to interfere with the camera. I only tend to use the red anyway but just a note if you want to use the white flash.

This light is really bright even in the daytime. Easy to charge via USB and the charge seems to last forever.

Delivery was fast. Takes only about 20 to 30 minutes to charge each light. Comes in a plastic case which provides it with some protection and a bit of a mounting platform. Also comes with velcro and rubbery rings to attach them. I tested each piece. They are much brighter than expected. You can select which colour light you want....white, red, or green. White can be set to be always on, or select the colour of light and whether you want the individual light to flash slow or fast. You can select if you want white/red, white/green, or red/green alternate flashing. Don't directly look or stare at the white light if it is set to flash rapidly. Suggest covering the LED's with your thumb while you click through the various light options. I found that the lights will last just under 2 hours when fully charged and rapidly flashing between alternating colours. I tested one flashing slowly green and it went for longer than 2 hours, didn't expect that....will test that out again. I haven't tested visual distance yet, but I suspect you can see the flashing for quite the distance.

What a delightful tiny product. Super flash power from such a little thing. Different strobe colors like white, white/green, white/red/ just red, just green etc. Lots of choices although not really important, the idea is to be seen.So I attached it to my DJI Mini Pro 3 because at dusk or night if I flew the drone away I couldn't see it in the dark, especially to land. Yes it's automated (the landing), but I really wanted to see where the drone is as I fly, rather than just hear it somewhere as I try and land etc.Before this strobe I would turn my iPhone light on, drop it on the ground pointing up and look straight down from the drone. There I am! Land here! Tiny little light, it worked in the dark. But I had no idea where the drone was.The strobe on this gem shows me exactly where I'm at in the air. Just great. However, if you don't want to draw any attention to yourself at night as you fly, don't use it. You will be seen. It's kind of pro/responsible, but also obvious.No effect on flight as far as I can tell, about drone performance. It's a wee thing, but I haven't tested it at full speed re: drag. Fast charge. Extra Velcro (not sure why). Probably because Velcro is so cheap. Makes it look like you are getting more stuff.If a product that's not too expense makes me feel better in some way, that's what I like.
