If you did have extra flex packs could you attach them in beyond the (10-10-5) ?

I think you can add one Flex pack, but no more that that.

The length does not allow me to fully extend my arms. How do you adjust the length?

Is this effective enough for biceps and triceps?

As for me - more than enough. If your aim is like weights lifting - not sufficient, if maintenance - like in my case - fine
