These are gorgeous. The liner is glass and the canisters are heavy enough they will not accidentally tip over. I am very pleased with them.

One jar arrived cracked, which was disappointing but used them in an apothecary styled dog treat display for my dog’s space.

I saw this set of jars and knew that they would match perfectly with my kitchen decor so I bought two sets. One set I received, washed it up and gifted it to my mother for mother's day. She loves it!The second set, I washed one jar, and have began to use it in my kitchen. It's great.Today, I planned to wash the remaining three jars so that I could begin to use them. I washed two no problem, but when I opened the largest one - I looked inside and to my HORROR I saw a very large, dead beetle type big on the bottom of the jar. I immediately put the lid back on - you know, in case it wasn't actually dead, and set it to the side.Yes, I can easily dump said bug out and plan to use the jar as planned...but I'm a bit grossed out by the fact that there was a dead bug in my product!I still give this product a good review, but I'm a bit disappointed that perhaps, things are not inspected prior to being shipped. For damage or creatures or any malfunctions. this is the part that saddens me!

I purchased three of these things, expecting them to be a little shorter and wider than they are, but they’re not inconveniently sized. I used mine for coffee beans and dice, separately of course. The one I stored my dice in hasn’t gotten a single scratch even from the metal dice I use and I’ve been a little aggressive by tossing dice in. I wouldn’t recommend taking these out of your house to transport things because they are fragile and not to put hot things inside/around because they can shatter from being acrylic. I probably won’t continue using one of them for dice because I haven’t been able to bring any dice with me because the large storage container is so convenient that I don’t really feel bothered to look for the specific dice I need. If I ever need more space I will definitely pick these up, they’re not perfect but they do an amazing job at keeping things stored safely and they last a long time.

I bought these despite the negative reviews because I didn't find a lot of other black canister options, and those all had poor reviews too. I also don't use the contents (flour, sugar, tea) very often so I figured I might not use them often enough to have issues with the clasps breaking. Well... one of the clasps broke quite literally as soon as I took it out of the box and opened it to wipe down and put the contents into. It can still be closed with care, so I decided to not return. The size of the box would have been such a hassle, and I basically had to destroy the product box to open it.I don't really disagree with any of the negative comments. These are super small - smaller even than I anticipated - so if you are using these for flour and you're a heavy baker it's really not going to do you much good. The tallest one is less than 8 inches and all of them are about 4.5 inches in diameter. The spoons are pretty much unfinished and I don't think they'll ever really come in handy.If you found another option, I'd recommend you take it. But if you're at the point I was and you really just wanted some black canisters for a low-ish price, I guess they're not that bad.
