Klear-vol Decongestant : desertcart.in Review: I have been using these when travelling since I was very young. They are great if you have issues with your ears popping on an airplane. They really do help, I was first introduced to them by a flight attendant when I was little, ever since I always used to request them as I have quite bad ears when flying which can cause my ears to hurt for days after the flight. After a while, some aircraft didn't have them on-board and after that I started buying them before I fly. It's quite easy to use on the plane, you just ask for an empty cup, a tissue and a cup with hot water in it. You place the tissue inside the empty cup, and try and open the capsule. Once you have it open which can be tricky sometimes, you just squeeze out the contents into the tissue and pour a bit of water into the empty cup. You don't want to drown the tissue, you just want it to be wet and it should smell very strong when you put your nose to the cup. Once that's done, it usually lasts quite a long time. As the plane takes off, you would just keep your nose right up to the cup and inhale it in. From my experience, doing this stops your ears from poping completely. For short flights, due to how long it lasts. You are able to do the same thing when the plane is preparing to land. By doing this, it has really helped me to avoid having my ears hurt when going on holidays. I've just purchased another packet of them ready for when I fly. For flights that are like 1-4 hours, you should be able to use the same cup. After that the smell kind of starts to go but that's quite good. I'm going on a longer flight soon so I will assume that I'll need to make two of these for the longer flight. I highly recommend giving it a go, if you have trouble with your ears when flying. It has worked for me in the past and hopefully it helps you in the future. (For me this is the only remedy that works, I have tried everything else and this is my only solution that I have found that will work.) Review: Really helps to open up the airways
